Wanda has been written so poorly for the movies that I disliked the character and Elizabeth Olson. WandaVision showed that Elizabeth actually can act, and it gave me hope for the character going forward . . . hope which went unrealized in MoM.

As for Agatha, we're getting that show because Kathryn Hahn killed it in WandaVision and was very popular with fans of the show. 

It's unlikely that you'll get close to market value selling as a set - you'd need to find a buyer who needs almost all of them, otherwise your pool of buyers is people who would buy the set to sell them individually to make money. I bought the first 8 or 9 as they came out, before deciding I didn't need to spend the money for duplicate material, and I've noticed that some of them do quite well on eBay. You could list them in the sales section here also. Shipping costs keep going up and I haven't had to ship anything of comparable size/weight for a couple years, but USPS Retail Ground might work for distances beyond those where Priority Mail is about the same price as Retail Ground.

Plus, there's a good chance you could crack them out and re-submit as is and get at least one 9.4 or 9.8 . . .

I haven't been to a theatre since Revenge of the Sith, so my thoughts on this one will have to wait. But, yes, Phase 4 has been disappointing. Black Widow and Dr. Strange MoM both have third act issues, but were at least engaging and fun getting there. No Way Home felt more like a montage of previous films than a story of its own, but I'll give it a 2nd try at some point. I enjoyed Shang-Chi the first time, but I attempted to re-watch it and only made it halfway through. I'll probably watch Eternals again because it's hard to believe it's as lackluster as it seemed from my first viewing.

I watched this recently and was very impressed. I was quite surprised it did so well at the box office, as it seems to me that you must read the book in order to understand any film interpretation. I'll be re-reading the books again soon. I wasn't aware of the two TV miniseries until last week. The reviews were good, so I bought a blu-ray set including both in 16:9 with 5.1 dts audio. William Hurt, James McAvoy and Susan Sarandon star. The first series is 290 minutes and covers the first book, and the 2nd series is 251 minutes and covers the 2nd and 3rd books. I don't recall much about the David Lynch film, except that I liked it. I learned yesterday that Arrow Video has released it in 4K, and Barnes & Noble has Criterion Collection and Arrow Video on sale at 50% off right now so I bought it.

I don't necessarily have to binge, but I do like to be able to finish a season at my own pace if I find the show compelling and I have the time. I'm not good at watching week-to-week, though I have done so with the last three Star Wars series/seasons (after bingeing The Mandalorian season one).

Saw Gerrera is a great character and Forest Whitaker is top-notch, but it seems like they would have announced him if they had him. I assume we'll see a lot of Mon Mothma, but she historically hasn't been portrayed as being particularly charismatic. The Organas were early instigators of rebellion, so it seems likely that we'll see them. Obi-Wan's inclusion seems to point in that direction as well. And it seems like The Empire has to be represented, though perhaps not as high up the ladder as I suggested. 

The stated content of the show sounds good and opens up many interesting possibilities, but it's an odd choice to center it around (and name it for) a character whose demise has been seen already. A more generic title such as "Seeds of Rebellion" might attract more viewers. I wouldn't be surprised if we see Tarkin, Vader or (especially) Leia in this one . . .

The Logan 4K set with the B&W version was only in stores in my area for a short time, but I did buy it when I saw it. I thought the B&W worked better for Mad Max: Fury Road than for Logan. I too want a physical copy of Justice Is Gray.

I waited 11 years to see the first Avatar, and this interests me considerably less than that one did . . .

CGC recommends not sending the certificate and states that they cannot guarantee that it will be returned to you. The green label will state "Writing on cover". It's not an autograph to CGC unless they witness the signing.

Vader, Ahsoka and Kylo Ren were not Jedi when they did it. I'm not sure what "canon" means in modern Star Wars anyhow, and I can't get interested in the First Order era even if I did read (and enjoy) the Bloodline novel. I'm still a big fan of what they now call "Legends", both comics and novels. I've really enjoyed Clone Wars, Rebels and all of the D+ shows also. I've more or less decided to not get hung up on "canon" anymore and treat everything new as "What If?" stories.

The most difficult thing to accept in the Obi-Wan show, for me, is that Vader allowed someone who knew he was Anakin Skywalker to live even a moment beyond first opportunity.

A zero-feedback seller from Spain has listed several antique pre-WWII beer cans on eBay in recent months, all BIN at 1/3 to 1/4 of the value and all with photos lifted from previous eBay sales or dealer websites.

I completely spaced it - I thought it was this coming weekend. I checked Monday to verify before submitting for a vacation day on Friday, and found I had missed it. I've done pretty well at Motor City over the years and I enjoy going regardless of what I find, but I need to get out of my area to a bigger con.

And the 6.0 Action Comics #1 sold at auction for only $70,000 less than the 8.5 sold for. 

The 9.6 AF15 sale was difficult to interpret at the time - many believed it meant that AF15 was moving up relative the big GA books. It seems clear in the light of subsequent sales that the pecking order is more or less the same as it had been, just with significantly larger numbers attached to all the biggest books. It will be interesting to see what the 6.5 Tec 27 brings in Goldin's next auction.

I got hosed on the pre-order - It was listed as "coming soon" when I put it in my cart, and it went directly to "sold out" from there. It's going for around $100 on eBay . . .

Shipping charges are high from the U.S. to Calgary. I'm in Michigan, and the shipping charge shows up as $14.99 for me on the first book you showed.

The color-coding is done to help prospective buyers, and is based on a selection the owner makes on their end. Books which don't show the offer option indicate that the owner made the selection which disables the option. Here is what the different colors mean:

Your odds are better if this thing is green rather than yellow or orange. I managed to buy a book this way a few years ago.

I was so nonplussed with the first three when they were announced that I originally wasn't even going to watch them. A friend with decent taste recently recommended them highly, so I decided to give them a try.

I started with F/WS since the genre seemed the best fit for my tastes. It took me 2 1/2 episodes to warm up to it, but I enjoyed it from there on out. The films didn't do enough to justify Falcon's existence for me, let alone to justify Cap giving him the shield. The show fixed that for me, and I enjoyed what they did with Sharon too.

Loki was a great character in the films, but I felt like he was played out and didn't need to be seen again. I found the show fun, even if the end was a letdown, and it created interest in seeing more of the character going forward. 

Wanda didn't work at all for me in the films. I hadn't decided whether she was written poorly or horribly miscast, but I really didn't like anything about her. As such, I was very surprised at how much I enjoyed WV. It probably helped that I grew up watching Van Dyke and Bewitched, but it also showed that Lizzie can act. I look forward now to seeing what is done with her going forward, and I really enjoyed Agatha and Monica as well. I wonder too if we'll ever see a male fall in love with a $3 Billion AI machine in the MCU . . .

Hawkeye needs to pick up the pace if the plan is to develop Kate sufficiently to replace Clint, and I hope we see a lot of Yelena. I probably should have waited until all the episodes were available for binge-watching as I usually do with TV shows, but it's too late for that now.

I'm watching Hawkeye to see what happens with Yelena Bolova, and because Hailee Steinfeld was great in True Grit.
