I don't think it can see 9.0. Slight spine roll and staple tearing. If it were P&C and got 8.0 I think that's acceptable.

I say 4.5 as is and 5.5 after good clean/press.

I imagine the back cover could see strong improvement from clean/press.

I'm going lower to 2.0 GD because of the cover scuffing.

Wellll, a VF 8.0  However, a NCB crease can be pressed flat leaving you with only a micro spine tick and if that is truly the only wear you'd be into the NM 9.0s.

Take some good pics/scans and start a PGM thread then you'll get the answer.
