  1. Since the label says "Does not affect story," the "missing page 3" must refer to the first half of the third wrap, which is a house ad on one side (Daredevil #17/Spider-Man #38/Marvel Tales #3) and two half-page ads on the other. The third numbered page is a story page. I confirmed with my raw copy, more details here: https://www.comics.org/issue/20188/ Although my mom always taught me unasked for advice is often unwanted, $1350 is *way* too much to pay for that book.
  2. 6 months! November 1960 for Kid Colt and May 1961 for Gunsmoke Western. Luckily I have all the indicia for my SA Marvels memorized. But I'm no expert on job numbers. Maybe those weren't so far apart. Where's Dr. Michael J. Vasallo when you need him?
  3. And many people, myself included, find books that have had resto scraped off look like poop. If the CT bothers you, you may be better off just selling the slabs as is and buying blue labels.
  4. I got a Godzilla version using movie posters from the first to Shin Godzilla for a gift earlier this year. It's nicer in person, but it looks like this:
  5. Somehow I kind of doubt the strike is going to have a huge effect. https://www.newsfromme.com/2023/06/25/an-existential-threat/
  6. You might be better off posting this in the Signature Forum, specifically Event Central: https://boards.cgccomics.com/forum/69-sigseries-event-central/
  7. Not strictly TOS, but same concept: https://www.amazon.com/Oversized-Blanket-Spider-Man-Captain-Superhero/dp/B08PZGMH6D/ref=sr_1_1_sspa?crid=13BPOG179H9IJ&keywords=Marvel+Comics+Oversized+Fleece+Throw+Blanket&qid=1688043009&sprefix=marvel+comics+oversized+fleece+throw+blanket%2Caps%2C134&sr=8-1-spons&ufe=app_do%3Aamzn1.fos.d977788f-1483-4f76-90a3-786e4cdc8f10&sp_csd=d2lkZ2V0TmFtZT1zcF9hdGY&psc=1&smid=A37SYHX13GSHLR
  8. Loved this cover when it came out as it hearkened back to the pre-hero monster books, especially since it was drawn by Kirby.
  9. Well, if we moved on from that particular concept, here's my entry:
  10. I can't imagine this will be a change for the better and expect it will be along the lines of the changes ebay constantly makes that "improve" service, but we'll see.
  11. I liked and collected Power-Man but I probably felt like Ben Grimm when he joined the FF.
  12. I'm looking forward to the moment Mike forgets which account he's logged into and starts responding as Hero Restoration while signed in as Microchip.
  13. Here's my plan. It's worked wonders for me over decades of collecting. Don't stress out about bidding or buying. It's only funnybooks!
