Since the label says "Does not affect story," the "missing page 3" must refer to the first half of the third wrap, which is a house ad on one side (Daredevil #17/Spider-Man #38/Marvel Tales #3) and two half-page ads on the other. The third numbered page is a story page. I confirmed with my raw copy, more details here: https://www.comics.org/issue/20188/ Although my mom always taught me unasked for advice is often unwanted, $1350 is *way* too much to pay for that book.

And many people, myself included, find books that have had resto scraped off look like poop. If the CT bothers you, you may be better off just selling the slabs as is and buying blue labels.

I can't imagine this will be a change for the better and expect it will be along the lines of the changes ebay constantly makes that "improve" service, but we'll see.

I liked and collected Power-Man but I probably felt like Ben Grimm when he joined the FF.

I'm looking forward to the moment Mike forgets which account he's logged into and starts responding as Hero Restoration while signed in as Microchip.
