  1. I liked this 4 issue arc back in the '70s, not sure what I'd think now. I wasn't crazy about Gaard though.
  2. He's okay, but UnderwearOnTheOutsideMan was the best.
  3. The handle was MasterCPU here. If you go to page 5 of this thread, BlowUpTheMoon posted links to some of those threads.
  4. I'm pleased as punch to have picked up this TTA #44. This brings me down to 9 more to complete the run, and none of the other miscellaneous issues are bank breakers.
  5. I think OW would be reasonable based on *that* pic; lighting can make a difference and maybe in hand I'd feel differently. However, given CGC's lack of PQ consistency, I could see it being designated OW/CR or even CR.
  6. Saw it last week with the missus, the son and his buddies. We all mostly liked it. I think the son and I both liked the first one better. I'm probably the most negative of the group. It was *way* too long and bloated. Some of the scenes really dragged on and overall they just threw everything in *including* the kitchen sink. I just don't understand why every superhero movie these days has to be "epic" length. It makes going to see one an epic commitment. And I really felt cheated at the end, as did many other vocal patrons at the theater. I avoid spoilers and had no idea it was only Part 1. Ugh. Enough already. Pare it down and just tell the story.
  7. I was interested in seeing The Flash, but now see that it's 144 friggin' minutes long. WTH? I just sat through 136 minutes of the Spider-Verse last week. The first thing the studios should do to improve the genre is to start making average length movies again. Every single one does not need to be 2-1/2+ hours long. Going to a superhero movie these days is a time-consuming commitment.
  8. Hmmm. I saw the movie last weekend and must've missed that part.
  9. You kids and your social media. I was curious about the collection so I found his Instagram page. I had to tap out after scrolling down twice. I have zero patience for these self-obsessed "look at me" clowns. I will never, ever understand their appeal especially "unboxing" videos.
  10. Mmm... what about the 8 Spider-Man issues of Marvel Treasury Edition? Then there's the Grab-Bag and team-Up issues, too.
  11. When did this go into effect? I don't recall ever seeing a notice. This is great news, and one of the very few things ebay has done right.
  12. That's me on all counts, except I don't have Disney+ and haven't seen any of the shows. However, I'm still plugging away on my runs and have been buying more books in the past few months as prices have normalized from the crazy pandemic run-up.
  13. I think this should catch me up. The 154 is a so-so copy with heavy distributor ink/return spray. But since it's a reprint, an upgrade has never been a priority.

  15. Yikes. That doesn't sound good. There was a thread a few months back from someone with a similar problem:
