  1. @iexxHow did you come to choose this presser? Did anyone you know use him? Does he have a website?
  2. Why is the OP starting another thread about this when the original is just a few posts down, still on the first page?
  3. First of all I imagine this person may have been trying to put a book into a bag of the incorrect size. I've never had an issue. Second, you may find this thread useful: Finally, as with many other items during the pandemic, supply chain issues have created a shortage of product. Prices are currently 2x-4x higher than normal when you can find them.
  4. Even when I try to keep up with the MCU I can't do it. I just had to look Echo up. Anyways, I'll guess 9.4 though I assume this is a trick question. And I'll also assume Greggy is probably right.
  5. What I prefer is exactly what I said, a large scan of the front, and a large scan of the back and that's it. That's the way comics were sold on the boards and online for years before this current social media trend of including dozens of close-ups. Here's an example of what I prefer: That seller even puts the back covers in spoilers. Scrolling through endless close-ups is bothersome and I tend to gloss over sales threads like that. The big auction houses don't do it that way and the big online dealers don't do it that way either.
  6. I think when a book is sold the seller should mark it as such by editing the original post that contains the book. I also like it when the seller leaves the price posted. And I wish sellers would stop posting 50 different crazy tight close-up shots of a book from every angle and use the traditional large scan of the front and large scan of the back. And keep sales threads to a reasonable length.
  7. You are correct on all counts, there is no other way. This has been brought up multiple times, CGC Mike has checked into it, current board software does not allow for that configuration.
  8. Looks like heavy foxing with staining and not dirt/gunk to me.
  9. You may get the best response in the Signature Forum: https://boards.cgccomics.com/forum/48-the-signature-room/
  10. Yup, that's my line of thinking. I have some on hand, but if they get used up the books can sit in whatever polybag they're in for the time being until supplies and prices normalize.
