    Since the cover was cleaned, it cannot be undone or uncleaned. If the cleaning involved an aqueous bath it will come back conserved (which is my guess here).

    Based on some examples I have seen, it will most likely get a conserved label...depending on the type of cleaning involved.

    The main reason is that the book can be damaged. The overhang can curl on the top edge resulting in a very ugly looking book. Additionally,depending on how it is stored, the books own weight and gravity can result in it "sliding" down in the inner well and that edge getting crushed against the plastic.

    MGC 34 should be 9.4/9.6 COTL 19 should be 9.6/9.8 Li'l Kids 1 should be 9.0 ish maybe better if I get a back cover stain removed. MTA 4 should be 9.2/9.4

    Picked up a nice NM Narvels Greatest Heroes 34 on Wednesday. Trying hard to spend my budget...so we’ll see how today goes.

    They can be properly pressed with good results.

    Per CGC. We are currently verifying Value Tier submissions received on June 1st so we still have about 2-3 weeks until we see some movement. Once it is verified it will move through the process quickly.

    It pressed correctly, the process should have no impact on sharpie signatures. Stay away from white and pastel colored paint pens.

    I would take Bob's advice. This one looks to be a mess and unless you pick it up at a very reasonable price, it is not worth it.
