First thread to have me laughing uncontrollably in quite some time Keep an eye on that CC statement...

The seller must at minimum have signature confirmation to protect themselves. At $750 or greater transaction amounts, regular delivery confirmation is not enough with PayPal. You will lose a dispute with the buyer for "Non Receipt" without a signed delivery, even if they actually receive it. I'd like to know if this policy has changed in recent years or I was under the wrong understanding

Someone correct me if I'm wrong, but I believe PayPal has a $750.00 threshold after which signature confirmation is required for a seller to win a dispute of "goods not received"? Delivery confirmation alone would not be enough. Unless this policy has changed

Agree with what most have said about this seller. And how as a seller could you ship any high dollar comic without tracking/delivery confirmation or signature confirmation? All it takes is a dishonest buyer to claim the book never arrived and the seller is out an expensive comic without recourse! Crazy if this seller shipped without any form of tracking

Not exactly sure why it looks different. I think it may be a lighting issue with my scanner as the settings are the same for both images. My scanner bed may also be too small for these slabs and maybe that's affecting the image I unchecked the Backlight Correction button and tried a new scan...
