  1. Yes, I’m very sure. The art is too amateurish to be any established DC artist. And why would DC do a “prototype” trading card set that consisted of mostly unknown villains, and only several Batman cards. Besides, I emailed the seller twice with no response. Anything the seller would say at this time would be very questionable.
  2. And your qualifications as an expert are............?
  3. Very much not authentic. Some fan back in the 40s drew these, swiping from from old Batman comics. Certainly no “prototype” in any way. A lot of people got taken for a ride.
  4. Very. Much. Less. Assuming you think you know what it sold for.
  5. Basically, some fan drew these back in the 40s swiping Kane figures from early Detective Comics stories. Certainly not a prototype of anything. I wrote the seller, with no reply. Why would DC back then publish a trading card set with 90% unknown villains and just 5 of known villains?

  11. Yes. And is anyone really buying art with what’s going on?
  12. The Maroto is from a Conan paperback that Maroto illustrated in the late 70s or early 80s.
  13. No, not significantly less. I've sold pages for up to $15,000.
  14. Considering how many have been auctioned, the prices reflect will eventually reflect the amount on the market.
