And for every artist who identifies the work as his, there is another artist who mistakes the work for their own. So what did the previous owner say about the Sinnott signature?

Please explain the Lieber Spider-Man daily. You say it’s inked by John Romita, but it’s signed by Joe Sinnott. Doesn’t look like Romita inks to me. Why would Sinnott sign it if he didn’t ink it? Do you have any documentation to show its Romita’s inks, or simply taking the word of the consignor, and not doing your due diligence?

Interesting fact about GL #85. It was taken from the engravers back in the day. It never made it back to DC.
