    7.0 I don't think there's anything special about this printing error. Collecting printing errors usually intersects with an issue already being a key and with a lower print run. There are plenty of common printing errors no one really cares that much about.

    Square bounds are tough to guess CGC grades. I've seen books grade "normally" and other end up several grades higher than expected. Based on my comps, I'd guess 8.0/8.5, but it could go higher in the right hands.

    Not sure the definition of the tear matters much. It might even be an "acceptable" defect given the overall condition. The paper oxidation is pretty heavy. 5.5/6.0
