    Eniac #1 is being allocated. I’m to lazy to link it so google it. It’s a very fishy statement from Bad Idea. This was allegedly sent to retailers. The whole thing stinks. Especially since they put a limit of one per and it’s been on preorder forever. Im sure the first prints will skyrocket so hopefully you get one

    Just learned of this one which came out in 2002. Do you notice the Owl on his shoulder? Bazooka Jules #3. When did Love is Love come out?

    It’s a bogus sale as there were much lower priced ones available for $300 for the exact same book. Why would anyone buy it now at the most expensive price? Some clown who stocked up on the issue and is trying to boost the price. I’d avoid both the seller and buyer as they’re probably the same person.

    I meant previews aren’t considered true firsts unless it’s original content. Ads aren’t true firsts either but have a place in collecting comics.

    The bad part is scanning barcodes on eBay for newsstands is a lot harder because eBay crops a lot of photos in the new app so you have to actually click on the item to get the full picture. Not for all of them but I’d say 30-40% have the barcode cropped out. It’s become much more tedious and why I haven’t been buying as many newsstands.

    I do a little speculating and I don’t believe ads are true first appearances unless it’s an original story. I think those ads will always have a place in the hobby. I think the prices being paid are ridiculous but it’s not my money. If I had one I’d for sure of sold it and bought some silver age keys.

    If it contains an original story most collectors would consider it a true first. If it’s just a preview of what’s in the issue then most wouldn’t consider it a true first.

    All New Marvel Now Point One 2nd Print & Captain Marvel 17 2nd Print both outsell the firsts by a hell of a lot. Just off the top of my head. I mean give me a few minutes and I’m sure a half dozen more I can list.

    I’ll take your joker and raise it with the most popular super hero currently....Spider-Man. Jocks overrated as well. The second print lost a lot of its value because of the 1:50 ratio variant but the 1st and ratio variant will definitely go higher in value. I also think the 2nd print is the best looking cover thus far.

    Two different board members posted signature series. One was signed on the label and the other was regular.
