Oh trust me when a non newsstands posted 9 out of 10 times a member says something for sure. It’s the threads title that throws most off. No biggie when people do but it does clutter the thread.

I don’t mind the new Spidey Costume except the glowing eyes it growing on me. It won’t be permanent anyway. ASM55 Is and will be sought after solely for the cover. I like all the covers for asm55 but that black one is hot.

I’m guessing you’re referring to the first YA series? Yes there’s a newsstand but exceedingly rare. I’ve only ever seen one in the few years I’ve been keeping track. The second series has newsstands as well if you were referring to that one. The only annihilation book I’ve seen as a newsstand was the prologue. Hope that helps.

MCS has just recently started to recognize and distinguish some of the later modern newsstands. I only think it’ll be done on late moderns and keys. At least that was the response I got when I asked them.

This almost always happens with hot new books. The prices will spike on eBay until day of release and they’ll drop like bricks. This is a long term hold for me and I only bought a few. I don’t like all my eggs in one basket.

It’s after FOC is the reason for the limits.

Picked up another, much nicer Newsstand Edition of Batman #656-First Full Damien Wayne Appearance. I was surprised I won it for $20 including shipping.

Here’s just a few of the posts. It’s one thing to talk about a book but when you pump it up before and during the time your selling one it’s another thread minimum.

Mighty Avengers #1 has a newsstand as I own one. Amazing X-Men #1 on the other hand I don’t believe so.

There’s also going to be a 1:25 incentive for the second print so numbers will be much higher for the print run. There’s a lot of people pumping and dumping this particular issue.

I believe it’s also all previews of upcoming books which definitely takes away from it as well.

Sentry #1 is getting more interest with what happened in King In Black #1.

I’ve heard of stores doing this with new stock coming in that hasn’t been priced. However if every time you checkout you have to wait while they lookup prices on eBay I’d drop the books on the floor and never step foot in that shop again! That’s just horrible! Maybe instead of being lazy and making people wait in line for inordinate amounts of time, they price books they should’ve priced previously to customers checking out. What’s the name and location of this joke of a shop so we can all be sure to not ever shop there? Ridiculous beyond belief.

I was thinking the same. Mercari does the same thing. They wait until it’s delivered to make the funds available so that’s not a selling option for me.
