If it were me I’d hang onto those. I’m almost certain newsstands are catching on. I can guarantee you’d get more for the newsstands than the direct counterparts if ever sold. Exceedingly rare in high grade. Rare in any grade really.

Any signed books would’ve come in comic lots online. Otherwise I’ve never bought any. Half my post wasn’t relevant to this thread and I apologize for straying.

Wasn’t trying to troll but I have an opinion and there’s a difference between the twos grading definitions. If No one can respond in a civil manner I’ll just leave it be but I have valid points. I don’t seek out signed books but I have several and I’d like them better if they weren’t signed.

I don’t go by cgcs grading, I use Overstreets. I can’t use their ridiculous grading because 1) No book is absolutely perfect. 2) Writing on a book whether it’s a signature or not takes away from the grade. 3) A book missing pages shouldn’t get a high grade either but they assign a grade as if the pages were there and stick a qualified label on it. Honestly if a books missing pages it shouldn’t get a grade as if it had those missing pages. It’s utterly ridiculous and why I go by overstreets grading definitions. And generally don’t buy signed books anyway.

Article is wrong. It specifically references the Marvel Max titles, when they started that line of books. War Machine & Alias being two of them. Searching around I found this which is a marvel max with the parental advisory explicit content from the same time period.

Can you say for certain there’s no NYX 3? Marvel stopped in 2014 do unless I’m missing something it’s possible.

A few from the last week.

They sell exclusive covers with usually varying degrees of signatures. Both graded and raw. They’ve been around awhile and last I knew they were still in business.

Yeah it’s on my list of books to get. I have the regular non foil of that one. I also need to get the Dynamic Forces variant as well. I have 3 WB10’s newsstands in varying conditions. And a graded regular cover. I love Michael Turners Artwork so it's a no brainer when the newsstands pop up. That’s a beautiful copy by the way.

Witchblade #10, Any Spawn, Angela & Violator minis. All can go for good money in high grade. I’d be interested in seeing any possible later StormWatch written by Ellis as well. Or Authority but that’s a different publisher. Idk if they even exist. Although RMA May have posted the last issue found in this thread.

What exactly constitutes a low ball offer? I’ve only ever gone down to 50% and it’s generally a starting point. If you’re accepting offers that means your up to negotiation right?

Off topic and about 4 years later but I make lowball offers and receive them as well and I don’t get upset or take it as bring disrespectful. I’ve made lowball offers that were accepted so it doesn’t hurt to make them.

That’s all that matters is that it made you happy.

The latest I have of Fathom is #10. I’m sure later ones exist but you have to start somewhere. I’ve also seen Cyberforce #30 as well.

Yeah they had them as well. I’ve yet to track down the first 5 issues of all the series. Haven’t seen them but I’m almost exclusively ordering through eBay and other places online. My LCS is crowded with gamers and there’s limited room so I’m not in there long. Just to get bags and boards. Surprised the owner hasn’t tried to get my business with all the bags and boards I’m buying. I also have more and some newer copies are even nicer.
