Hello Bob, If you filled out separate submission forms you can ship them separately. If they are all on the same submission form, if possible please ship them together. If they arrive in separate packages but on the same submission form, it can cause delays for those books to be received into the system.

After they have been transferred to CGC you will be able to use our submission tracking tool by entering your the invoice #3863562 into the submission tracking search bar to see what their status is. You can keep up to date on our current turn around times for pressing below. After they have been transferred to CGC you will be able to enter your submission number into the tracking feature on the website to see where they are at in the process. Hello, Thank you for your message. As long as you make the packing slip before your membership has renewed/ended there will be no problem with receiving your books into our office. You will NOT need to renew your membership between making the packing slip and the books being entered into our receiving department or any time after that so long as you were a member when originally making your packing slip.
