  1. Here’s my Ultimate Fallout #4 that was signed by Mark Bagley! Along with the ASM #361, #362, and #363 that can be seen in front of him.
  2. I was thinking about that since there’s a small amount of glue along the spine. Wondered how that would affect the book it it was removed.
  3. I’m curious to see what the realized price of the sketched TMNT #1 ends up being. I wouldn’t be surprised if the one on Comic Connect ends up going for more money.
  4. Someone got this book for an absolute steal. A 6.5 with slight restoration that can easily be removed.
  5. It’s a cool cover don’t get me wrong, but the $408k sale surprised me as well.
  6. I agree. This collection was overhyped and people are paying crazy amounts for some of the books. I don’t see them retaining their value either.
  7. That white page copy had a nice hefty premium added to it. That’s for sure.
  8. Yes it did. That’s why I genuinely thought it was the only 9.6 to exist. I had no clue about the $28k sale until now.
  9. I thought I it was the only 9.6 to exist. Anyways.. LOOK AT THAT PRICE DIFFERENCE!
  10. Maybe because it’s the 1st Mad Hatter and Vicki Vale? It’s also the one and only 9.6 copy to exist as well.
  11. I recently paid $16k for my 0.5 copy of AF #15 as that’s all I could afford. Did I want to pay that much? No. But it was complete and I took it for what it was since anything higher will cost me well over $20k and I’m not looking to pay that much for such a book right now. Do I wish I could go back to 2 years ago when you were able to pay $400 for a mid-grade Tomb of Dracula #10 or $500 for an ASM #129? Yes, but those days are long gone and books are only gonna go up from here, especially the mega keys. While I do want some price dips in the much bigger books, the likely hood of that happening is slim to none as the MCU progresses along with the fact that people are putting their money into comics for investment purposes.
  12. I’m going to keep this short and simple. Prices will ease and correct themselves as time goes on but will books drop back down to pre-pandemic prices? Absolutely not.
  13. That’s weird. It’s listed as sold on my end. Are you even allowed to cancel auction purchases from Heritage?
  14. $264k for the Captain America Comics #1 (CGC 3.5) that was apart of the Promise Collection.
  15. I wouldn’t be surprised if someone paid that much just because it’s attached to the pedigree.
  16. $38,400 for the Batman #59 (CGC 9.2) that was apart of the Promise Collection.
  17. $240k for the Batman #1 (CGC 2.0) that was apart of the Promise Collection.
  18. A lot of the PCH books sold for solid prices. That Tomb of Terror #15 (CGC 9.6) went absolutely ballistic! Went from a $10,000 internet bid all the up to $48,000 in the live auction.
