  1. I even own this book myself and I haven’t noticed the T-Rex has four fingers.
  2. I agree with this! As someone who’s a “regular” collector, the books from the Promise Collection feel like once-in-a-lifetime opportunities just because of the rarity and scarcity some of the books have.
  3. Books correcting themselves, you love to see it!
  4. Have you tried searching Mile High Comics? Nothing gets any worse than that.
  5. Another great cover from the Golden Age of Comics, 1st and only Scarecrow cover from that era. The gold label goes so well with the book!
  6. I 100% agree with you on that, I’m just saying his work and contributions went unnoticed and no one truly appreciated it.
  7. Heritage is making sure the collection is closely associated with them, them going this route doesn’t surprise me. Do you think some of the books would have trouble doing that if they were to be consigned again?
  8. That makes sense, a nice chunk of money for whoever decides to sell their book. I read the certificate too fast.
  9. Considering the amount of work he’s done, he’s literally a pioneer! He’s done work in the Golden Age of Comics and made a huge impact during the Silver Age of Comics as well like you mentioned. There’s not many artists from that era that are still around.
  10. Whoever consigned the Promise Collection is most definitely cashing in right now! 90% of it including the BP!
  11. The creator of Barry Allen and Deadman? Sitting alone at a convention? I wish I had the opportunity to meet certain creators but I at least I’ve had the opportunity to meet Neal Adams. He’s still going strong at 80 years old and I don’t see him slowing down.
  12. ComicLink is another beast when it comes to SA books. The 8.0 X-Men selling for $147K was insane to see.
  13. I'm looking forward to the return of actual conventions. I've been attending local shows in recent months since those have been going on, but they just don't have the same feeling as an actual con would since they're limited.
  14. It is for sue, you can tell it's written by someone who actually cares about the hobby.
  15. This beauty caught my attention! This is one of my favorite comic book covers.
  16. Here are the rules 1) I will consider offers but first trumps all. 2) I accept payment via PayPal. 3) Shipping is $8 within the U.S territories only and $20 to Canada. International buyers, please inquire about shipping. 4) No probation or HOS boardies allowed. No returns on CGC graded books. 14 day returns on raw books. $350
  17. I wonder what this will fetch for in the auction.
  18. I wish could take some of these books home with me from the auction, but I unfortunately don't have that type of money.
  19. Matt is an excellent buyer! Easy to work with!
