The first three prints all look nearly identical from the cover, same size etc. Having any one of the prints is amazing to me. I just love the cover so much. Seeing a 9.8 in a cgc case always makes me stop...doesn't matter what printing! Edit: This link http://miragelicensing.com/comics/mirage/turtlemania/turtlemania.html seems to mention 35,000, but small chances they are wrong. I think you are right Bronty! What's weird is some places mention 2nd Print was 15,000, others say 6,000

I believe it was #1 1rst: 3,000 #1 2nd: 6,000 #1 3rd; 12,000 (?) #2 1st: 15,000

I'm the one that bought the original 2nd print 9.8...I talked the dude down to $1500 (I think). Now that there is another - maybe it's not worth as much. I am thinking of selling it. I also have a FIRST PRINT I bought off another board member - cgc 9.4 if anyone is still interested...

I just checked the census and it looks like there are 5 (FIVE) 9.8's - first print! I thought it was only 3, just a few days ago.... Anyone knows who got that lucky?

Pretty sure that came with the original Official Fan Club - along with like a headband and some other written material. I wonder who drew it - can you check?

You guys don't know how amazing those signatures look to me. I am insanely envious, especially since I had wished that Kevin had shown up at NYCC the past two years. I have ONLY been collecting the toitulz to have it signed one day by either Kevin or Peter. I want them to sign MY BOOK - versus buying someone else's book already signed. It's sort of like a female magically growing huge breasts versus going to get a boob job. It would have made me feel good about myself to have the "real" thing. So - I am a little sore that I can't enjoy the way you guys are - but I hope I don't come across as a Debbie Downer. You guys are on an amazing roll - don't stop! I've been trying for 2+ years to see Kevin in NY and it isn't happening I'll love that book even if 100 of the same show up overnight. I still drool at the colors, and Kevin and Peters art. + Shredder looks insanely wicked This has to be one of my top 10 favorite turtle cover art. It brings me back to when I was 12, this book was in the newsstand racks. Digging in my pockets for some change. What will it be today? Spiderman, Hulk, or Turtles...hmm.
