  1. I think so too because when was the last time we saw a Marvel 1 at this higher grade sell for last? Also being it scarcer in higher grade than a Cap 1 I wouldnt be surprised if it sells for more than the Cap 1 9.4. It's quite the norm now that books previously graded lower are now graded higher in the new holders. I had the feeling that this was a lower graded copy before and if I were a serious bidder it would play heavily on my bidding knowing it used to be a 8.5 to begin with. It's a matter of do I really want this book and bid as if it were a true 9.4 or play the waiting game for x amount of years for a real 9.2/9.4 copy. These are decisions I'd have to make.
  2. Damn near close what the 9.4 sold for a few years ago. That's gotta be worth a pants change for you right? Such a cool historic book. A great looking 6.0 too. Anytime now for that pants/underwear change..
  3. I wonder how much the OA cover of TOD 10 would sell for now
  4. 1st app of Goldilocks!!!! Cant believe you're getting rid of it . Best of luck with the sale Ben!
  5. I'm with you GCG...I'm not a fan of the extra staples. Me too.. But since it is extra, I just remove em
  6. Also some actually do collect the catalogs. Looks great to put on a shelf in a comic book room.
  7. Question is, will they have the 2019 SDCC sticker on them? That's what sells.
  8. I'm a board member in TF2005. The Hasbro Unicron threads have been fairly hot over there. Agreed that price is high for the everyday buyer and this thing is humongous!? 19 lbs of plastic! I'm sure there will be some defective parts or paint that comes with it too.
  9. Can anyone just sneak a quick snap for a photo of the book please!? Like sneaking in late at night when the owner is asleep..
  10. The one big thing that I prefer looking books up online as opposed to the catalog is that you can sort them anyway you want and save the books you have an eye on. Sometimes I'm too lazy looking through the entire catalog especially the really thick ones like HA.
  11. Ugh, I wish I still had my old NES and SNES games, but all were sold and/or broken years and years ago when I was a kid playing video games everyday. Even had the old school Gameboy, and those older Asian hand held black and white games. If only I had kept em sealed, which was impossible to do as a kid lol. Between myself and my brothers, we had quite a bunch of them.
  12. Yeah I also have the impression of the cover being trimmed, hopefully not. Anyways I'm guessing 4.5
  13. It only takes a couple of deep pockets Welp, looks like I need to see a tailor to have my pants customized w/ deep pockets going all the way down to my feet.
  14. Agreed to above. Historically the very 1st highest graded copy have always sold for huge $$$. After that not as high.
