    First saw this particular copy sell at a CC Event auction for $30k+ I believe. Also thought about going for it but passed.

    Cap 1 on top of Bats 1 because of higher grade.. I agree too. I'd be shocked if it were the other way around. Although the new Joker movie will likely boost Bat 1 values across the board.

    CT removal should only be intended if it is safe to do, like a few dots here and there (the DD 1 CGC 9.2, I'm fine with the removal). If it is more than that, I believe that whomever is removing the ct should refrain from doing so because it would look very ugly and yes complete destruction as some of the examples we've seen so far. The new letter w/ number designation on the amount of restoration was done on the book really helps.

    agree but a few years from now that asking price will be its fmv Historically, yes it appears that way, but no way to predict the future. I believe 2-3 years ago pre-robin tecs were selling for record highs. Just last year and maybe this year, they came back down to earth.

    More like When I first started going for pre-robin Tecs, I had to go up against some heavy hitters: Gator, 1koko, campued1010, Showcase-4, just to name a few.. Now I have to go up against another set of collectors But it's all in good fun
