A little more updating and upgrading of books. Annoys me that I think about this stuff more than I should.

"Put ALL ungraded books in window bags or they will not be accepted. You can purchase window bags" Does this mean we don't need to send a window bag for graded comics? I'm sending in my 9.8 Iron Man #1 Timeless variant. A black ink sig in the white space will look really sharp.

Just got back from Florida and these were waiting for me. 340 looks like a 9.4, maybe a 9.6. Speaking of Florida, we drove by CGC headquarters because we had an extra hour. It’s a gated community so we couldn’t get a close look. Looks like a nice campus. A collection of short buildings, rather than a giant wear house.

Added some books. Collection has a nice core to it now. Hope my son appreciates this in 12 to 14 years. 😆

Just received. May not be my most valuable book, but it is one of my favorites. Bought it raw for $31 two years ago. Pressing removed the only defect that it had. Now, it’s 1 of 115 newsstand 9.8’s signed.

Hello. I’m not a dealer, but I recently inherited some books and I just listed the last one on eBay. Wasn’t my first choice but I’ve been on that site for 20 years and that’ll probably help make the transaction less worrisome. Anyway the issue is this Catman 28 5.5. Only 11 graded higher. If ebay doesn’t work, I guess Heritage is a good option? Most of my collection is from the last 40 years so this is my first time dealing with Golden Age goodies.

Mine shipped out today. Still a 9.8! One of 115 newsstands signed.

Recently sold some books and put the money into getting these. Just waiting for my custom Jae Lee drawing and Todd SS to come back from CGC.

For the new year, I decided to restock my display case with my favor non-graded covers from my collection. The Pitt and Thanos on Thor made it more for being interesting. Pitt before his first interior appearance and Thanos sporting a new infinity stone.

Setting new goals now. Sell enough of my books to cover buying 9.8's of: Hulk 1 (red hulk), Fantastic Four 353, The Sentry 1, a few more raw Jae Lee covers, and other covers that I like. When I finally find a buyer for my Catman comic, I'll be looking at: New Mutants 98 newsstand, Ultimate Fallout #4, and if I have enough, Young Avengers 1 wizard edition.

3 golden age books found their way to me this fall. Sent them in about a month ago and they are back now. The Catman grade was a pleasant surprise. I will probably sell these and invest in other books and use some of the money. Kids with dental needs are expensive. I need to figure out the best way to sell these. Any pointers are definitely welcomed. Even though I don’t plan on keeping them, I’m glad they’re being preserved. There was a legit chance they ended up in the trash. Slight chance I keep the Cap issue because he’s one of my favorite characters, but I don’t have any personal connection to this issue.

Merry Christmas! Got the news I was hoping for. Catman and Captain America were both mid range. 5.5 and 5.0.

I knew I should've sent in my book sooner. Might've made the first batch.
