How do you monetize the CGC boards?  There seems to be a LOT of money changing hands in those FS threads.

A subscription model for access to the marketplace is the most likely outcome if they do decide to monetize the forums.

They said they did that months ago. However I don’t really have the patience to comb through my statements to verify this. All 9.8s tho!! I’d like to say that some were gift grades for my inconvenience but they are all gem. But I’m happy they weren’t damaged while lost in the void

You should be able to keyword search any statements in their app or website to verify credits.

Yes I agree with that point. All buy a trade sometime down the road on the secondary market if I can find it,
but I am not going to support this type of elitist marketing with my money.

How is their marketing worse than the variant cover/exclusives marketing?

You better send them a stern letter of protest. They may actually be able to quantify what 'eleventy-seven' variant covers would actually look like in a future release.

I could see it being a B story in one of their comics, "Eleventy-Seven Covers and Mayhem!"

Wow that is quite the story! So in 2012 that guy got 40 years on a plea deal, but the minimum to serve on it was 8 years. He would have got less time if he gave back millions missing, but refused.

So he could have got out in 2020 with millions to dump on comics? 🤔🤔🤔

I also wonder how many others read this article and made improvements to their scams based on it...

Several years ago I found some physics related forums where Neal got into quite a spirited debate about his hollow earth theory and planetary physics.   I believe he taught himself serious physics over a long period

I had no idea Neal Adams was a hollow earther. Does he still hold this belief?
