My 10 card express submission has been in grading/quality control for over a 10 days... it should take 5 minutes per card to grade. Hello?
-
Haha 6k cards? Chill bruh
-
FYI they are currently opening trading card packages from the week of 3/22. The date you are referring to is for comics.
-
haha I always get a good laugh when someone figures out how to post on these message boards about their order but couldn't figure out how to read some of the thousands of old posts regarding the exact same issue.

Also you're counting weekends. Can't do that with CGC. Only count business days (M-F). Also my submission that was delivered on March 23 still hasn't been marked as received. So buckle in for a fun ride.
I'd like to hope a company with this much demand for its product and services would be working some time on the weekends. And don't worry, I am still waiting for December submissions so this is nothing new haha.

Standard sub may take a while man. My standard sub was delivered 3/22 and still not mark received just to give you an idea of where they are at.
Yeah I have accepted that haha. But my express order delivered 4/24 was actually just marked received so that is promising.
-
Have a Standard submission delivered 4/2 that has yet to be marked received (32 days) and an Express submission delivered 4/24 that has yet to be marked as received (10). Sighhhh
-
Economy submission received 12/19
Scheduled for grading: 4/20
5/3: still scheduled for grading... yikes

"The overall numerical grade is not a simple average of the four subgrades. Uses an algorithm which determines the final grade using the four sub grades on the front label of the card holder. The lowest overall grade is the first category to observe because it is the most obvious defect, and the lowest grade is the most heavily weighted in determining the overall grade."

ya for some reason its taking them months to log a package into their system.

CGC Received my bulk 1/29/2021 and it has not changed from received yet is this normal? Are my cards lost?
Its been 90 days (60) business days and at the time that was the turnaround time.
Anyone else in the same boat?
For reference, I have an Economy order that was received 12/19 that has yet to even enter the grading stage yet..
-
Lol there are people from early December still waiting, so I wouldn't hold you breath.
-
Lol thank you for the useless response Mr. Angel. But when you click the question mark next to the feature it clearly states "Enter your package’s tracking number to confirm whether it has been delivered to CGC’s facility"
Clearly says delivered, not received, so not sure what you are going on about .

Must be nice. They must have something against me... No Sub Grades and I can't even see my grades. Still says Scheduled for Grading Been scheduled for a month!
i feel like they are adding on an extra day ever time you post in here.

I mean the same thing happened with PSA when people got wind of a price change, their site would constantly crash and was essentially unusable on the last two days leading up to the increase. Unfortunately this is the reality of the situation when everyone try's to submit cards at the exact same time. CGC gave every ample notice of the price change so I am not sure why you waited until the last day but nevertheless here we are.

My bulk from 3/26 still has yet to be marked delivered. I’m trying to upgraded it to standard but can’t until they actually open my package. It is now 4/26 and still in the dark about where and when they will actually open my box. Kinda sucks.
My 3/19 shipment still not marked received so id say you have a ways to go unfortunately.

What kind of process times are people experiencing.....
I have a Standard 9-card order that just went from Received (3/26) to "Scheduled for Grading" (4/26)..... What's current? Any info is appreciated. Thanks in advance.
My submission was "Scheduled for Grading" on 4/20 and it is currently still listed as "Scheduled for Grading". So currently 5 business days/ 7 total days.

I have a package that was delivered on 3/15 and still hasn’t been received. And they’ve been working on packages for the week of 3/15 for two weeks now...
haha same. Should add a (+1-2 months just to log your mess in)
-
Package delivered 3/19.
4/22 and it has yet to be marked received. *sigh*

Please use this extra money to hire people that can sign for packages and enter them into the system. My little cousin can read and use a keyboard, so he qualifies.

At this point its obvious that they are just lying. There is no way the cards have actually moved to the grading/quality control step. In no way should it take 14 days to grade one submission.
