Imagine how mind-boggled you would be if you had 1 card in that status, and it was longer than 1 day. You'd be scratching your head for weeks on that one.

You'd be picturing them moving your card from the scheduled for grading area to the grading area, and it sitting on a table for 2 weeks, waiting for someone to just pick up the damn card, look at it for 10 minutes, and move it along...  Meanwhile, they're all gathered around the table binge-watching Jupiter's Legacy...   Lol

At this point its obvious that they are just lying. There is no way the cards have actually moved to the grading/quality control step. In no way should it take 14 days to grade one submission.

Also you're counting weekends. Can't do that with CGC. Only count business days (M-F). Also my submission that was delivered on March 23 still hasn't been marked as received. So buckle in for a fun ride.

I'd like to hope a company with this much demand for its product and services would be working some time on the weekends. And don't worry, I am still waiting for December submissions so this is nothing new haha.

  3. "The overall numerical grade is not a simple average of the four subgrades. Uses an algorithm which determines the final grade using the four sub grades on the front label of the card holder. The lowest overall grade is the first category to observe because it is the most obvious defect, and the lowest grade is the most heavily weighted in determining the overall grade."

  4. I mean the same thing happened with PSA when people got wind of a price change, their site would constantly crash and was essentially unusable on the last two days leading up to the increase. Unfortunately this is the reality of the situation when everyone try's to submit cards at the exact same time. CGC gave every ample notice of the price change so I am not sure why you waited until the last day but nevertheless here we are.

My bulk from 3/26 still has yet to be marked delivered. I’m trying to upgraded it to standard but can’t until they actually open my package.  It is now 4/26 and still in the dark about where and when they will actually open my box.  Kinda sucks.

My 3/19 shipment still not marked received so id say you have a ways to go unfortunately.

What kind of process times are people experiencing.....

I have a Standard 9-card order that just went from Received (3/26) to "Scheduled for Grading" (4/26)..... What's current? Any info is appreciated. Thanks in advance.

My submission was "Scheduled for Grading" on 4/20 and it is currently still listed as "Scheduled for Grading". So currently 5 business days/ 7 total days.
