That is the best reason for buying art that I can think of.

Nostalgia! The N word is the other reason to buy artwork, and it can get costly if the N word is pulling the strings.

Anyone love Alan Moore's Youngblood? I did, so now here are a couple of pages:

Hi All,

I've put up most of my Emerald Con haul.

There are actually a couple of pieces that will come later so I was hoping to batch up the upload, but I decided to upload what I have before CAF freezes the admin function for a few hours to change servers. I have a few small pieces I will upload later.

I was doing so well at Emerald (budget wise) until I saw this page in Mike Allred's portfolio.

This repeats the verbiage on my description, but Yay Variants!

This is one reason why I don't mind the craze of variant covers. I enjoyed Paul Jenkins and Jae Lee's Inhumans miniseries. I'm still looking for a good representative page. I didn't realize that Geoff Darrow did a variant cover for the series. When one of your favorite artists (unknowingly) worked on one of your favorite comics, you have to get it!
