I think they had to sleep with each other too (I was told the deal was "put to bed")...now there is some "hosing" to think about! gator Tell me about it, bring on the hosing! So if Richard is sleeping with Parker, who's Ciorac sleeping with? I thought he was Richard's "Daddy" if you know what I mean...... So that only leaves one question??? Who do I gotta sleep with to get me one of those, I would take either one. I'd better clarify that last sentance....I'd take either MC 1 copy, not that it would matter who I had to sleep with to get it.

Hey I bet you thought you overpaid for it at first. You know that was a nice copy, too bad I couldn't remove the CT without taking pieces oof the book. Hey I think that book was made with only one staple, surpised they didn't note that on the label. I think I might have for a instant, but the moment I pulled it from the box you shipped it in, I lost any thought of that. I am growing a larger appriciation for resoration on many of these books. I think I will allow a few more into the collection as it will certainly decrease the completion time and increase the propablity of completion of my Timely runs. I thank you for the deal, very happy with the book. I do feel at this point it was a DEAL! Paul

The more I see this book, especially a very nice copy like your new Parker pedigree, the more I think I will need to get one someday soon. It really is a spectacular issue, love the deep rich blue, contrasted by the firey colors of red and yellow. Its a classic book....(need a green with envy greamlin), very happy for you both, nice trade and sweet to see it so close. Paul

I don't know, in the past even as close as 2 months ago the grading was right on or at times a litlle strict. I don't even know what to think on this one, besides the staples were not replaced just cleaned IMHO! This batch most were just fine, but out of 24 books, 3 are just plain ridiculously high at least a point IMHO! Seems funny to complain about, but when you look at a book and go, F no thats not the right grade...well...usually its the other way around. I tell you this, if I were to look at buying this book, I would say no better than 6.5, of course on a good day with the right wind a 7.0(being a reasonable stretch) any more and here we are. Paul

Feeling like sharing the love tonight, although might break Surfers heart for parting with it.

I am sitting here in my comic room, and I have pulled out all of my Timely's. Three full CGC graded boxes packed full of Timely goodness. I kinda feel like scrooge mcduck rolling around in his money, only its not money its better(oh and even though they are slabbed, still not rolling in them). My name is Paul S. aka Mr. Schomburg and I am a Timely Junkie...ok there I said it! The only problem is I don't want to get better, F' the 12 step, I need a fix, oh and while the grade in my opinion is a little bit of a joke, (both Mr. B and I feel that a 7.0 would be max, and anywhere in the 6.5 range is accurate, He sold me the book) it just came in today and I missed this one. Ya thats it baby, can feel it....all good....Nothing like the good stuff!

For me, both...as a collector the more fun looks so nice and I love spector covers. Tec is iconic, but man that back cover is so rough, just detracts to much for me. As investor, I still say the high grade mf is just to nice to pass, and return on investmet even with resto-ing, the Tec should lag. IMHO!

It would be Batty to choose the Tec over the MF.... Make mine a ghost with the most.

Beddy, First I gotta say, incredible 22, and 40! I am curious as I really don't know anything about Okajima books, would you mind letting a few details out about the pedigree. I am facinated by many of the pedigree stories. Paul
