  1. I too am confused as to how this is a scam. What is the buyer getting out of this except your time? If you process a return and send the money back once the item is back in your possession, the only real cost to you is getting it reslabbed.
  2. Anything you send in (real, fake, or ineligible) will get charged as part of their verification process. Sucks that you didn’t send in something they don’t grade, but it is what it is.
  3. Takes a minute. Just because it’s delivered doesn’t mean it was opened. These guys get dozens of not hundreds of packages a day. It adds up.
  4. Update: Standard Tier, 20 Card (no-sub) Delivered 02/19 || Received 02/25 || Scheduled for Grading 03/25 This moved a bit faster than I thought considering it’s only been 20 days since received. I know that the TAT dipped down to 22 days for a split second early March, so maybe I just got lucky and squeezed into that grading time frame. Happy to be getting this order back soon, anyone else a fan of Japanese Amazing Rares?
  5. Sending them in is easy, just slap postage on it. Getting them graded and returned in the current estimated TAT is a whole different story. Expect to wait a few months.

  9. I don’t think it would be inside the case. All the slabs I’ve received don’t have and lint or residue inside and they do quality control checks before sending them back. I’m guessing it’s just lint on the outside.
  10. Which ones have claimed sponsorship from the company? I’ve seen comparison videos with other companies but none that actually say “this video is sponsored by CGC” If it is the case, it’s more of a transparency issue.
  11. I think this was a recurring issue, happened just last week I swear. Do what Oreo suggested and clear all cookies/cache and see if it helps. If not, send customer support an email and copy paste the error for reference. Most likely it’s something on their end.
  12. Maybe. Those TATs are based on what cards they have in storage at that particular point in time. By the time your cards were “received” it may have increased because 100 other people also sent in bulk/economy orders. This isn’t even taking into consideration walkthrough, express, and standard which have priority over bulk/economy at the moment.

  14. Lowest grades will always weigh you down heavy. Those two 8.5's pretty much sealed the card's fate. If one of them was a 9 then maybe you'd have a case for OVR 9.
  15. Update: Express (No Sub) Delivered 03/04 || Received 03/10 || Scheduled for Grading 03/22 If my math is right that's 8 business days. When I originally submitted it I think it was EX 15 day TAT, but then it dropped to 11 at some point during received. Looks like it'll actually finish around 11 at this point, so maybe grandfathering is somewhat accurate (at least for EX and WK). I still have a standard in the works received 02/25 when TAT was 25 (I think) so we'll see how that goes.

  21. If anything just have it sent via USPS. At least that way with registered mail the person doing the delivery can’t put a random signature and drop it off. It’ll be sent to the post office for your pick up.
  22. To be clear, you mean offer priority tiers on certain months only or just have months where priority tier doesn’t matter for grading?
