I think after a dry clean and press to get the bend out of the white areas of the cover... it will get an 8.0
You have that line that still breaks color through a couple places (is that a subscription crease? there were no subscriptions for the first issue so it cant be right? I think that is more likely a "hide this from my mother" crease.)

is there a thumb crease on the R edge of the book under Vision's hand?
sadly, yes - but that book is a real page turner

I know this tread is old haha - just wanted to add that I just purchased a collection which DID originate in Canada, and this blank paged variant of Amazing Spider-Man Annual #2 was in the collection. I just listed it on eBay

I just returned from Phoenix Arizona where I purchased a great Marvel Silver Age collection from the original owner. It is approximately 400 books and I am selling the bulk of them individually on eBay. Some of them are very high grade (Such as the X-Men #40 below which I am sending off to the CGC soon) Titles include Sgt. Fury, Thor, JIM, TOS, ASM, FF, Avengers, Iron Man just to name a few. You can tell these are all from the same owner and store as 80% of them have an identical store date stamp on the back cover - usually in the same place. (All purchased at his local pharmacy in Canada I was told)
These are all uncleaned and unpressed and in the same raw condition they were purchased in.
I'm posting scans of some of the nicer books below, some of which I will be auctioning later after they are graded - some of which are being sold now.
Please check out the auctions and feel free to share!

I think it would get an 8.0 to 8.5 because of the corners...but if its just a scanning illusion and those corners are pressed, then a 9.0
-
-
I think a 1.5 - but if you get it graded "right side up" I think it might get a 1.8
-
I think 6.5 to 7.0 - depending on the tan judgement

Hold that thought - I'm working on something - until then, make very good scans of them showing precise defects (a fingerprint of the book)
