Wouldn’t be surprised if CGC leadership eventually steps-down. Give it 6-12 months. That’s what I saw as part of two major acquisitions over my career.

Purely guessing here, but I'm thinking those guy's interest would be more in turning CGC into a legitimate competitor to PSA for sports card type stuff.  They'll probably be happy to just leave the comic book side alone as CGC already has about a 100% market share anyway.
