Bought some books with sweet Sienkiewicz covers, came quickly and well packaged. Books exactly as described. Super accommodating since his thread had been closed. Thanks man!

I have read the books and I like the TV show. My wife has not read the books and she is a fan as well. The only character we can't stand is Tulip. If she was killed off as a deviation from the plot that would be fine with me. I can't stand the way she is being written and am not a fan of the actress either. Tonight's episode was the best so far IMHO. The beginning was insanely fun. I lost track of how many times I laughed in last night's episode.

Not only renewed, but expanded season...suck it, haters And yes, I'm a huge fan of the books, read the entire series untold times, have complete sets of the trades and floppies and I'm not the least bit offended by the adaptation. Can't wait to see where they take it

Tulip is completely different. I get why they did it, and I'm not annoyed by her character like some, but I do wish they'd have gone closer to the source material in her case. I'm still liking the show, tho. No way this show gets canceled before season two.

I was finally catching up on the last season of Supernatural and they did a clever shout out to Lucifer in one of the episodes. Someone asked (the Supernatural version of) Lucifer what he would do if he ever got out of hell. His answer was "I don't know, maybe move to Los Angeles and solve crimes."

I was pretty skeptical about this adaptation, but am slowly beginning to get my hopes up. Dammit, just what I need...something else to watch.

Well now, that is interesting...if not unlikely. One of my most vivid comic memories as a kid was following the storyline that culminated in Defenders 100, which of course featured Mephisto. I picked it up off an Osco Drug spinner rack and read it on the way home. I think it could work, but doubt that's what they'll go with.
