  1. Someone must really wants this book or I see this as a null transaction. Looks like sale went smoothly. Both seller and buyer submitted positive feedback. I think this stuff is cyclical. Wait till the movie. Then people will be falling over themselves to find affordable copies. How cheap could you buy Showcase #22's before the news of a movie?
  2. Oh, the thrill of the hunt and feeling of accomplishment of finally napping the prey
  3. Aint that the truth!!! Hopefully, i at least made him a little nervous when i pm'd him about bidding on the book an hour before it went You ask me for advice and I've given it to you. I only will pay a certain price for this copy and I did win. You had a fair shot and I'm sure there will be another out there. Absolutely. I know sufunk shares the sentiment, since he's said so, I'm glad you got it! You deserve it. You have so much enthusiasm for this books, it's infectious. We all have our shot, it's nice when someone you know hits the target. Score

  6. That clears that up. Thanks (thumbs u
  7. True, but if it sold, it's still below the price he's listed it on ebay for, so maybe he and the original seller have an agreement to consummate the sale wherever it occurs
  8. That 6.5 is a nice book, BTW. well, that's enough excitement for today
  9. I thought is was the same book? Roy stated he got it (in a trade) and it was (previously) on c-link but it hadn't arrived. Depending where it's shipping. It would still need to clear custom if shipped to Canada. Which would explain the delay in posting a photo on the ebay listing. Roy is usually watching, so I'm sure he'll chime in.
