standard cream to offwhite...trust me, PQ wise, your copy is da bomb! Somewhere out there in 22 land there is a WHITE pager... didn't someone post one in this thread with white pages? again, keep in mind, "white" doesn't nec. mean the color is "white"...just that it is the "best" PQ relative to the paper used on that comic (thumbs u I understand. And yes, Rich (showcase22gr1959) has a 6.0 with WHITE pages. I'm baiting him...

Rich, did you get my PM? Update the list for the Mound 8.0 CGC graded book. Yes, the book has been graded and Rob (the auctioneer) confirmed this to me today. He also said I could spread the good news to ya'll...

Have not been graded yet. You mean the Mound copy is a cgc graded 8.0, or am I missing something here? Let me clarify: 1) The Mound #22 graded CGC 8.0 with C/OW PQ 2) The Mound #23 and #24 have not been graded by CGC yet. Are you kidding? This one´s a 8.0 and mine is a 7.5? Yep. Just down a couple of strong ones and start a new day tomorrow... Peewee, did you said the Mound copy is CGC 8.0? This will be the forth 8.0. If it is, the census has not been updated yet. there should be a 5th 8.0 added soon too You got the one you were after before, or a new one? until the deal is done, it is just a but I believe I am close What PQ? Now, someone show me any other SA (key) census whereas you have only 7 copies > 7.5 and "zero..zilch...goose-eggo" > 9.0.

That's it but, MAN, you chipped the BC when you placed it in this thread. RATS, that will d'grade it a little...or maybe CGC will overlook it?? Anyway, go ahead and include it in your #22 list Rich.

doesn´t really look like a 8.0 to me Some pretty heavy ticks/creases and a few stains/marks on the front and back cover. Looks decent but 8.0? How does it compare to the similar grades? Just comparing it to the 7.5 that I just got off Rick, the 7.5, asthetically, looks better to me...my PQ is definitely better. Taking nothing away from the Mound copy. It's gorgeous and bright but I think it received a favorable grade!

The comment was from me, although I may have gotten the prices mixed up. It`s about bed time for me, so I`m not going to go get it, but it should be easy enough for someone to post the Heritage copy. I believe the CL copy has been posted in this thread, so everyone can compare for themselves. I posted the Heritage somewhere in these threads, and I think it is the nicer of the 2 9.0s.

Very nice copy. Guess I overlooked it in the threads... It's just nice to see long-awaited "comic book respect" earned by the "ole double deuce!!
