Your best bets would be to ask Court Gebeau, who knows where a lot of James' stuff is, or James himself!!

AFAIK, the original was never sold publically, so I'm guessing that either James or Gerard Way owns it. He sold 2 prelims and one went to one of the Adhouse guys. Court?

Actually, if I remember correctly, I believe James DID sell the final album artwork...though I have no idea where that one landed.

There is some original art on ebay right now. can't give a link because ebay is blocked at work.

I found the final line drawing for the MCR Black Parade cover art (deluxe edition). The owner was willing to sell and provided an asking price. I accepted. I can't believe I am about to own it soon!

Thanks, Mike! Yes, I am actually amazed that I found it. Not only that, but it took less than 24 hours. I don't think I did anything special, just fortunate this time.

 

It will stay with me for a very long time, barring any financial distress.
