Strange Tales 97- Aunt May Uncle Ben Prototype

or

Journey Into Mystery 97- 1st Tales Of Asgard

 

 

I would vote for JIM 97. ST 97 is a neat book but I think a lot of the Marvel prototype books are not really significant prototypes. They are good reading, though.

 

JIM 97 has the added benefit of Odin's origin. you know, for Odin completists
