Finally, there was the Noxema girl on TV, delivering her classic line "Take it off. Take it all off. With Noxema." I was 13 - Wow.

What makes this interesting is that I had just watched it yesterday when I was searching for "Noxema girl" commercials in an attempt to remember an actress name when discussing something with a friend. I looked it up on Youtube to find this commercial, and the one I was looking for: Rebecca gayheart anyone?
