fish, great book...I personally would grade it in the 3.0 range technically, but it presents nicer!

Sorry, dude -- I had a rough day and you were my first victim -- would have been my wife but she came home late...............I just know what the book actually looks like all the way through and I would lose all faith in everything if CGC gave it a 2.5....I may be selling it to a boardie and I told him I thought it was around a 4.0.
