Nightlife in downtown Philly blows chunks the size of Broad St.

1. There is no "downtown" Philly. The convention center is adjacent to Center City.

 

2. Nightlife is in abundance just a short walk away in Old City. Center City is primarily a site for business.

 

3. Always get the lowdown from trusted locals when perusing a new city for the first time.

Oops...just saw this...we got word from Brian K. Went to Rittenhouse square (sp?) but we may have gone too late...twas nearly 1 or 1:30 by the time we got there.

 

I heard the old city is nice but more of a younger crowd.

 

Next time I'm looking you up!!
