The dialogue with Michonne/Rick was some of the best of the series. Love the zombies, but the depth of the story is why I come back. That was some couch talk ish right there. Super emotional and well done.

Absolutely! I also love Eugene at this point! What if it is Eugene that will betray Rick in #150... I could totally see that happen at this point

I really liked #147. Great pacing, and the art was above par.

 

 

And a classic WD last page splash cliff hanger!

 

I'm in complete agreement with the art being especially good this issue - a couple of the Michonne panels looked spectacular.

 

One thing that I've noticed, though, is that everytime someone cries it seems like they are gushing tears (when Michonne is crying in the kitchen, for example). It's not a new thing, but it seems like there's two levels of crying in TWD - no crying, and gushing. Not that I'm saying that there aren't justifiable reasons to cry, but gushing tears down the face at some of the moments seems like it would dehydrate a person! 2c
