i asked my lcs. he said if i buy 50 copies, i can buy and have all 3 variants (the 2 1/25, and the 1 1/50). so, what do you guys/gals think the prices on these are going to run? is it worth it to just buy 50 copies of a book that will retail for $4.99? i assume i'll be able to buy them at whatever price the lcs buys them for.

Well I've talked with 4 store owners so far and there only seems to be a 1 per store and 1:50 variant for #75. Not sure where the 1:25 rumour is coming from. Maybe they are referring to the one per store as a 1:25?
