I was really close to a $350 offer but just had to back down because of recent purchases. Great pickup n2wdw

Really a fantastic Baker cover a bit obscured by the black background hiding the wonderful artwork. Really nice looking cover image to boot. It was in a romance lot on ebay. I won the lot to get the Baker. It was packed with no board so the postman bent it going into my mailbox leaving a slight sub-crease in an otherwise beautiful book. comicjack
Don't you just hate that when the postman does that and a great looking Baker .

Ricksneatstuff
@Sqeggs that is a really pretty copy. Mine is a great looking 2.5 or 3.0 because of a pretty nasty spine split. Presents nicely though.

Probably has more to do with the color breaking crease on the lower right. It's easily overlooked because it runs in the same direction as the lines that separate the background scenes. The crease is hard to see because it looks like one of the lines dividing the background drawings. But it's there and it breaks color. Still , I think I'll keep this copy. Dr. Love
Really, what are the odds of that crease both running parallel to and equidistant to the two adjacent diagonal lines? Much like a monkey typing out the Bible, I tell you! The crease alone is worth big $. Remarkable and magically delicious. sacentaur
Last year I was fortunate enough to pick-up 50+ Bakers, and am up to 20+ already this year, yet this is my highest-graded so far. Interesting suggestive cover, I really like it. Ricksneatstuff
