Does anyone know if Bruno Mazzaferro has a website? Never heard of him but they seem to have a pretty big selection of books.

Dunno. He's a Canadian dealer, and usually at the bigger Toronto shows. I'd suggest googling him and see what comes up.

He refuses to sell on the internet. The con scene for him is a little get away from regular life and he and his wife do it as a hobby. He only does a few shows a year.
