I have a few books that want to go to a new home.

First up is a Fantastic Four #10 in about 4.0 - 4.5 - I am asking $200 $175:

I didn't think I was too far off considering this auction and mine is already slabbed:

 

$500 + Raw Avengers #4

 

1) that's supposedly a 7.0

 

2) for whatever reason, slabbing only helps marginally.

 

3) The book is hot... unfortunately, I always think mid grades are the toughest sell. I am sure yours will move as it is a nicely presenting 5.5 -- especially since you are flexible in pricing.
