I don't know if DC's new MINX line of comics for girls has romance or not.

More like Girls' Adventures and less like Girls' Romances.

There are plenty of romance or romantic-comedy type of graphic novels if you're not looking for just monthlies. There's Three Days in Europe, 12 Reasons I Love Her, Blankets, as well as some already mentioned.

 

 

Blankets by Craig Thompson is one that I would recommend highly also. I picked it up at Wizard World Chicago this year at the recommendation of a friend. It is one of the best graphic novels that I've ever read.
