BrooksR
Isn’t this #2 a 2nd print?! I don’t see it on the label https://rover.ebay.com/rover/0/0/0?mpre=https%3A%2F%2Fwww.ebay.com%2Fulk%2Fitm%2F254347689279 I’ve been looking to upgrade my 2 but ebay is mostly 2nd prints and almost nobody lists it that way. Am I wrong in thinking that the 75cent in the square box is a reprint? lordisam

whisp
Its a 2nd print direct market edition regular font / large font for the 75 cent. There is also a 2nd print small font variation. First row first prints and second row second prints. Edited September 5, 2019 by whisp STORMSHADOW_80, lordisam, 707comics and 1 other 3

Bought the pair of #1s for $50 total, so totally jazzed about the grades. No pressing. Grader's note on #155 noted a small corner crease, but thrilled with the 9.6. Submitting a #21 next and hoping for another 9.6. Awesome grades. I would like to get a nicely graded #21 as well one day. lordisam

I was thrilled with the results. My first three comics after a 30+ year collecting hiatus, and my first three books graded by CGC. Aiming for a 2 and 21 in 9.8, and looking to upgrade the 9.6 to a 9.8 (eventually). ADAMANTIUM

I don’t see it, unless I’m missing it somehow, how could they have missed that?

CGC isn't perfect and in fact on a couple of Joe books they have missed proper designations such as third printings for #21 or second printings denotation for some of the other books in the run. There’s an CGC 8.5 on eBay right now. Seller made an offer for $155, and I’m guessing they might go even lower via OBO if there aren’t any takers. https://rover.ebay.com/rover/0/0/0?mpre=https%3A%2F%2Fwww.ebay.com%2Fulk%2Fitm%2F163849074631 Edited September 7, 2019 by alexanderjk

bluehorseshoe
Anyone recognize this, and more particularly, the comic in the back? I dont see anything in the census that would resemble it, and I doubt they would grade it anyway. Just found it, cant remember how or where I got it. Any insight would be appreciated. I have a few, I may have to open them up and look at the comics. I wonder what the print runs are on those? Are they collectible as comics? I think they are collectible in the sense that is a version of one of the greatest comic books of all time, top 5 copper book. Print run would be interesting to see, I’m with you there. I think as a sellable item I leave it alone and sell it sealed, but I’m not going to say I wouldn’t mind seeing the inside if that book. But I can’t see CGC grading it if it came out of the package. lordisam

I was buying the 25th anniversary figures like a madman but I didn’t get most of the comic packs (except for the scrap iron one, had to get scrap iron 🙂). Why would cgc not grade these?
