Neither graded or signed, just raw as all get out.....and I like it! Just scored the preview yesterday for free, after I bought an Adventure Comics #247! Best freebie so far!

It is a duplicate. Only 3 in census and I have two so I might as well drop one of them. I just wouldn't sell the other one though. Waaay too tough to come by.
