Well then this should also qualify. Heckle & Jeckle # 3, the first time the magpies star in their own titled book. First appeared in Terry-Toons by Timely then in St John's Blue Ribbon Comics # 1 and # 3 before getting their own title starting with issue # 3, following the 2 Blue Ribbon issues -
