I know about the Heritage sales. I'm wondering why they are placed above #2,3 and 5 in the guide.

I don't have a price guide handy and I don't know the books very well so I'm asking if there is something special or key about them.

After extensive research, it turns out that Superman #4 is the very 1st appearance of Superman #4.

That Supes #4 isn't a new listing. It had been sitting on the site for 15K. The seller raised the price to 50K after the Heritage #4 & #6 sold.
