Did anyone order the box set thingy with all 7(?) covers? Are there any pictures of it yet? Also does anyone buy the hardcovers? I just noticed you can buy the 6th volume with a slipcase to fit all of them in

On Monday, Joe Hill tweeted that the final issue of LOCKE & KEY will be in stores on Dec. 18th.

Been dreading the end of Locke & Key for quite some time, but having a little OA takes some of the sting out. First time a comic book made me cry.

Can't wait to read the last issue.

 

Though this was a historical all-star book for me, I'm a tad disappointed with the marketing toward the end. $8 books and 3,000 covers just doesn't feel right.

 

But that's a small complaint for the quality of the art and story.

These images would make fantastic prints, but they're the IDW Limited variant covers for Alpha 1 and 2. A highly motivated and persistent boardie got me copies before they go on sale. Apparently, IDW Ltd. hasn't decided yet when or how they'll offer these, but I expect you'll see them on the website before too long.
