Dude..sorry..Heroes for me know...cheaper too.
Driving from NJ. The hotel was the deal breaker.

But now I will have an extra $300.00 for comics

That and most the board members are going to heroes which means more books

Im looking forward to the show. I will actually contact a few sellers before to bring me some books from their sites. So my badge ends up free, because I didnt pay shipping

And I should still have some cash to float around and pick up some odds and ends. Tecs, and more hordes. Maybe a key too.

Yea, im feeling this.

I will have to see who else wants to go. I know there will be at least one lunch at the food court downstairs as well. But the food doesnt compare

Any hoagie/cheesesteak places near the con area?

Yes, but I'm not sure if they are any good..

Me and Spider-Man on Tilt maybe saturday night.

Not going to the show?

Debating whether to go to Heroes not.. most likely not though, but I'm not too thrilled about this year's guest list for WWPhilly ..

Hey BTK, have you heard of Max's? It's in the Philly hood, but I heard it's better than Geno's.

Guys -- Pats and Genos do not serve the best cheesesteaks, and it's where the tourists go -- it's pretty well known amongst many "natives" and has been hashed out in several cheesesteak testings (WIP, Craig LaBan food critic for the inquirer etc) that Pat's and Geno's have some of the poorer cheesesteaks we have to offer.

I highly recommend, if you are here on a weekday, John's Roast Pork, Tony Luke's etc.

Read this article, though from 2002, most of the info is still relevant.
