Is anyone else still waiting for books submitted at NYCC?

Called today. My books havent even been graded. They said books on Feb.8th are slated for whatever date. Yet my friend submitted on the 9th and received his last week. Pretty much sux rocks.

 

Thems the breaks I guess. Maybe I can just have them sent back with my next modern submission..

Pat,

 

Since all of your books were pre-Bronze, they were submitted under the Economy or Value Tier. CGC is currently backed up on those tiers; as of April 2, they're shipping books under both tiers that they received on 1/23.

 

Since NYCC was 2/6-8, you're probably still a week or two away from shipping.

 

Sucks, but unless you wanted to pony up for the higher priced (and therefore quicker) grading tiers, what can you do?

 

The waiting is the hardest part.

(thumbs u that would suk.. I will be shipping a few boxes the next few weeks to try and get books in ahead of the tier change. I will hopefully stop worrying so much by the time I get a few back.

The nice thing is that you can pay the "extra" fee..but I don't think it applies to pre-bronze books
