Man, that is a gorgeous book. (thumbs u

What is the grade?

I guess I've never bothered to grade it, but I'd have to say that it looks to be in the solid 6.something range :)

Wolverton :headbang:

I've got the Fantagraphics collection from several years back of a bunch of Powerhouse material and it is some fantastic stuff.

This heatwave must be getting to me. I bought a Timely! doh!

Big thanks to Ciorac for putting me into this sweet Powerhouse Pepper #1.

I don't normally go in for signed books but it was Stan Lee and I had what I consider the perfect book for him to sign: low grade so a felt tip pen sig doesn't hurt, already had someone else's sig so (shrug), yet strong enough to handle being tossed across the signing table.

Yeppers! I remember seeing that cover in an old Overstreet when I was a young pup and I never could get it out of my head! :insane: That one and USA #7 and #8 just really stuck with me. :cloud9:

Hey, "Busted Flash". Check out the Overstreet Market Report 2012 in the new OSPG. A Marvel Mystery Comics #4 CGC 9.2 sold for $50,787. Wow!! You made the best buy at SDCC 2012. Both books are keepers. Do not flip, do not sell, do not consign, do not pass go, do not collect $200.
