PLease post this guy's ebay name..this was an overboard situation..seriously..he took t waaaaay too far...1$? C'mon..that is emabarrasing...douchbag...and a half..

If he dings me I will. I actually did initially consider sending him a $1 back but he wanted more than that. He hasn't negged me so I can't complain about that, yet. All it cost me was time. He may still neg me, this transaction occurred last month, but so far no feedback. I felt the whole situation became absurd over books sold for $1 piece, had big scans, and I was willing to refund on return.

Here is the ebay response. Basically he can say whatever he wants as long as the language is appropriate.

"spi-da-man!" has been added to my blocked buyers list....now standing at 8.

 

I just tried to add spi-da-man to my blocked bidder list and it I get this..

 

"Your blocked bidder list has successfully been updated with new information you submitted. The following user(s) were not valid and therefore not added to your list.

 

spi-da-man : Invalid User Id "
